Every write Powder took or tried to take — refunds and replacements, address and email corrections, cancellations, confirmation resends, restock and newsletter signups — plus the attempts a switch or gate stopped and the offers waiting on a customer. Read-only lookups are not here; they have their own panel above. Click through to judge the conversation behind it. Failed means the target system said no; a refund or replacement that errored mid-flight shows as In-flight until a human checks it. An Offered row holds nothing open: confirming it produces a fresh action, which arrives as its own row. Withheld is the offer that never reached the customer, so it is waiting on us, not on them.
