Metrics
How the work is shared over the last 24 hours.
Escalations and claims
These measure review flags and claims, not resolution and not human effort. A conversation counts
against Powder when a turn was flagged for review or a person claimed it. A flag means a review was
requested, not that someone looked. How much a person actually wrote is the section below. Spam,
staff tests and operator-started threads are excluded here, as before.
The escalation numbers could not be loaded: Worker API /admin/metrics?hours=24 failed with 401.
The rest of the page is unaffected.
Try again Human workload
Every customer-started conversation with a message in this period, spam included: there is
deliberately no exclusion list, and the spam share is stated so it can be subtracted. A reply counts
only when it reached the customer, and sits on the day it was sent. Operator-started threads (a
New email or New SMS from the inbox) are reported apart: Powder never writes on one until the
customer answers. The three cards always show both units; the toggle changes the charts and tables
below them.
The workload and response-time sections could not be loaded: Worker API /admin/metrics/workload?hours=24 failed with 401.
Try a narrower range, or reload. The escalation numbers above are unaffected.
